Cancellation Policy
Deposit Information:
I currently require a $30/ $15 (or $32.18/ $16.09 w/ transaction fee) non refundable deposit to secure an appointment at time of booking. No appointment will be approved until the deposit has been sent. This deposit will only be transferable with a minimum of a 48 hour notice. Please remember the deposit will be part of the final service cost and does not pay the entirety of your service. The accepted form of payment is through APPLE PAY, CASH, Zelle, Card, or VENMO. Once the deposit is made, please send a screenshot of your deposit through a direct message for confirmation. Appointment confirmation and information of location will be sent to you once the deposit is confirmed. The remainder of the service cost will be due the day of the appointment in CASH. If needed, you are welcome to get a quote from me through a direct message. As a reminder, any payment made, including deposits, that is not in CASH will require a transaction fee. (Transaction Fee will not go towards the final service cost). With this being said, if your deposit is sent through APPLE PAY, Zelle, Card, or VENMO, you must pay the Fee amount listed above. Late Fee:
Any arrival after your appointment time will come with a fee of $5 per every 15 minutes. You have the first 15 minutes to arrive late, any additional tardiness must be communicated and approved to avoid cancellation of appointment.
Have in mind that your tardiness can put me behind and cause other appointment times to be affected. Depending on the tardiness/situation, I may need to limit your service request in order to not affect the schedule.
Children:
Children are allowed ONLY if they are getting services themselves, or if it was previously approved by Me. If your child misbehaves and damages anything, you will be responsible for paying the damages and any future services it would cost Me. I will also stop your services until someone can come pick them up, or I may choose to stop your service completely. You are always welcome to have someone come with you to help with little ones if necessary. Unfortunately, i will not give refunds or last minute reschedules for lack of child care. I will though, always try to work with you and the little ones the best I can. you know your children more than anyone, so if you think they can handle being present during the appointment, they are welcome with previous communication.
Soak Off:
Please include any soak off service at time of booking. The soak off process takes extra time on top of your service time, therefore, if it’s not included, I may have to limit your original service request in order to make time for your soak off. If you need a soak off but have already booked, send Me a message through instagram to see if a soak off would be possible without any adjustments to your appointment. If it’s not possible and it’s still more than 48 hours before your appointment, you are welcome to reschedule to a time that works better for this additional request. If you wish to soak off at home, please message ME through instagram and I can guide you through the process.
Sick:
If you/or your children are sick and you need to reschedule, please inform Me with good time of it. Depending on the sickness, I may choose to still see you with a use of a facemask. If your appointment time is before 12pm you will be required to give a minimum of 3 hours notice, but if it is after 12 pm you must inform Me no later than 9 am the morning of. If you do not give proper notice, your deposit will not be returned and no rescheduling option will be given to you without a new deposit. If you don’t have a facemask available to you, a facemask can be given to you for a $1 fee. (while supplies last). Please be considerate of My health; if I get sick, noone gets their nails done until I feel well enough to continue doing so.
No Show:
Not showing to your appointment is not respectful, therefore, in the case of a no show, no deposit will be returned to you and the remainder of the total your appointment would have been, could be charged to your card. It is always important to have communication in the case of last minute situations, but no communication at all is not okay. Depending on the situation, a no show can result in the inability to book with Me again
Food/Beverage:
No food is allowed during your service uunless utensils can be used. Any beverage is allowed as long as it comes in a container with a lid. If your beverage spills and damages any property, you will be responsible for the entirety of the cost.
Damages to Property:
Any damage to property that results from any of your actions will be charged entirely to you
Duration of Appointment:
The duration of your appointment varies depending on the service you have requested. Please note that the time shown on the booking app for the duration of the appointment is an approximate average and is not an exact guarantee. Therefore, there may be situations when your appointment goes longer or shorter than exected, or someone else’s. In the case of an appointment taking longer, i will always try to have good communication with you or others about any Delays. For better approximate times, you are always welcome to communicate with me to discuss your particular service.
